Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We, at Athkheli, make a constant effort and take utmost care in creating the products ordered by you. All our products are handmade by our master artisans, therefore, small variations in the printing or any visible knots or marks are a part of the beautiful and unique properties of the fabric and the design and not a defect. We ensure minimum wastage and a thorough quality-check at all the stages from manufacturing to shipping. Therefore, as a small entity, it becomes difficult for us to accept returns on the purchases made. However, we do accept exchange on the products on given conditions only.

• The product will be exchanged only in case of defect or size issue.

• In case of defect or size issue, the exchange process may require you to write to us on athkhelijaipur@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Subject of the mail should be “Exchange Request”. You will also be required to mention:

• Your full name as registered with us
• Your order id (Mentioned in the page,“My Orders”)
• Reason for return 
• Images of the defect, if any (Mention address otherwise not)

• Only product which is in its original condition, which is unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels, tags and original papers completely intact, in original packaging will be eligible to be returned back to us.

• We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing the return.

• Please make sure to deliver the product back to us within 1 week of receiving the product. If you exceed the time period then your exchange won’t be approved.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for delivering the product back to us and later getting it exchanged from us.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you wish to cancel your product, you can do that within 24 hours of making the order. 
• The cancellation process may require you to send us an email on athkhelijaipur@gmail.com 

• If you have made an online payment and you cancel your order, you will be reimbursed with the respective amount in your respective bank account.
• The refund incase of return will be processed in your respective bank account within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.
